# How to Create a Log for a WhatsApp Contact in HubSpot through SyncMate?

#### Step 1:

Log in to your WhatsApp Web account.

#### Step 2:

Open the chat with the contact. Ensure this contact is already saved in your HubSpot account.

#### Step 3:

In the right-hand sidebar, click the green “Create Log” icon.

Complete the form with the required details and select Submit.
