# How to Create a Note for a WhatsApp Contact in HubSpot using SyncMate?

#### Step 1:

Open WhatsApp Web in your browser.

#### Step 2:

Select the chat of the contact for whom you’d like to create a note.

#### Step 3:

In the right-hand sidebar, locate the green icons and click the “Create Note” icon.

#### Step 4:

 Fill out the form with the necessary details, then click Submit.

#### Step 5:

Log in to your [HubSpot](https://app.hubspot.com/) account, open the contact record, and you’ll see the note added automatically.
