What Is the SyncMate Chrome Extension?
The SyncMate Chrome extension adds a CRM sidebar to WhatsApp Web and a WhatsApp chat widget to ClickUp, monday.com and HubSpot. Your team saves contacts, logs conversations and creates deals, tickets and tasks without copying anything between tabs — from your own WhatsApp number, with no WhatsApp Business API or BSP approval.
Where does it run?
In Google Chrome, on top of web.whatsapp.com, and inside the web apps of HubSpot, ClickUp and monday.com. Nothing to install on your phone.
SyncMate connects to your tools with a secure token, so setup is no-code end to end. You can run it on your existing number with no Meta verification, or connect the official WhatsApp Business API when you need a verified business identity — both are supported.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. The extension works with your personal or WhatsApp Business number through WhatsApp Web or the Assistro cloud connection. If you need the green verified badge, connect the official Meta Business API instead.
Does WhatsApp Web need to stay open?
Only when WhatsApp Web is your sending source. With the Assistro Standard cloud connection or the Meta Business API, messages send without a browser tab open.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Activate the Shared Inbox add-on to generate access keys for teammates. They join from their own browser, and you can revoke a key at any time.
